I can confirm that Ducktales Remastered works - v1.0.2 was made for Android 4.2 (SDK 17), which can easily be downgraded to SDK 16 for the OUYA with apktool.
Version 1.0.3 has SDK 22, and I did not try it.
The .obb file must be put into /sdcard/Android/obb/com.disney.ducktalesremastered_goo/.
