New OUYA arrived dead, trying to fix it

The OUYA I bought on Facebook Marketplace arrived today and won’t power on.

I’m not getting a light or anything, BUT if I jiggle the power cable the fan will turn on (as long as it’s at the correct angle) Strangely, the power brick they sent me was an 18v, not 12.

Any one run into this and/or has anyone got an idea on how to fix it? Is it worth fixing? Is it DEAD dead?

I mean, if you’re using the 18v power supply, you’re going to kill it, and you might have already. It’s got to be 12v dc 1.5A power supply with a positive center pin and a barrel plug.
