Matt Oakes, the developer of “Foresight” for the OUYA has made available the GitLab project for Foresight. He is ok with anyone using what’s there if they want to.

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, I sold my Ouya many years ago so I won’t be able to help with the effort to get anything working.
I’m not sure if you are interested in this, but I managed to find the full source code for the Foresight weather app. I have uploaded it to Gitlab for you to use as you wish. I have not tested building any of it and it does not come with a README so I don’t know how easy it would be to get running for you, but it should be fairly standard aside from having shared code between an Android and an Ouya app. Let me know if you need anything else from it.
